On Monday night in a 123-121 overtime loss to the Raptors, Barrett scored 32 points (10-23 FG, 2-9 3Pt, 10-11 FT), grabbed seven rebounds, and dished out two assists in 49 minutes of action.

Barrett didn’t hold back after returning from injury, as he attempted 23 field goals for the second time in four games.

Even though he struggled from long range, he scored 32 points to lead his team. The last four games Barrett has played in, he has averaged 22.3 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 2.3 assists.

RJ Barrett is now eligible to play for the Knicks against the Wizards tonight.

No one on the Knicks has been hurt.

The Capitals of Washington have lost their last two games and five of their last six overall. Since All-Star point guard Bradley Beal has been sidelined for the last five games with a hamstring injury, the team has struggled mightily.

Beal, who will return to action in a week after missing time with two hamstring injuries, has played in just 24 games so far this year. Currently, Beal is averaging 22.9 points per game on 52.5% shooting and 5.2 assists per game, both of which are significant contributions to his team’s success.

Beal’s availability for Wednesday’s game against the Knicks is in question due to a hamstring injury.

Beal has missed the past five games, and eight of Washington’s last nine, due to a hamstring injury. Superstar guard reportedly returned to practice on Sunday.

Nothing definitive about his status for Wednesday’s game will be known until much closer to the 7:30 p.m. ET opening tip.
