  • Lamar Jackson

Jackson has been ruled out for Sunday night’s game against the Steelers.

With Jackson unable to practice this week and having last seen game action in Week 13, he’ll sit this one out, allowing Tyler Huntley to take over at quarterback for the Ravens on Sunday.

Jackson’s next opportunity to play will come in the team’s regular-season finale against the Bengals in Week 18.

Boyle (illness) is questionable for Sunday’s game against Pittsburgh, according to ESPN.com’s Jamison Hensley.

Boyle was unable to practice on Thursday and Friday due to illness, leaving his availability for Week 17 in doubt.

The 29-year-old typically plays just a handful of offensive snaps each week, so his availability shouldn’t affect Baltimore’s game plan.

  • The Steelers

Tomlin isn’t concerned about his own personal streak of not having a losing season, but he’d like to see it continue if it means another playoff berth for his team.

Last week, as Pittsburgh mourned the loss of Steeler legend Franco Harris, the Steelers came from behind to defeat the Raiders in a defensive battle, 13-10.

At halftime, Las Vegas led 10-3, and the score remained that way until the Steelers made their move in the fourth quarter.

DB Tre Norwood (hamstring) was the key injury, but the rest of the Steelers on the injured list were fully recovered by the end of the week.

  • The Ravens

The Baltimore Ravens are still in the hunt for the AFC North title and a home playoff game against the New York Jets on Sunday night.

If quarterback Lamar Jackson were available, the road would be much easier, but that appears increasingly unlikely.

Jackson has yet to practice this week, and his coach has been evasive about his availability.

Last week, the Ravens clinched a playoff spot with a 17-9 victory over the Atlanta Falcons without Jackson.

Tyler Huntley scored on a touchdown pass, and the Ravens defense held Atlanta to three field goals for the win.

Interestingly, the Ravens earned their spot after the Bengals defeated the Patriots, who are vying for the division lead.

Key Injuries: Jackson’s availability appears improbable given his absence from practice all week. DE Calais Campbell appears to be injured, as he has been absent from practice all week.
