Six of their last seven games have been victories for the Milwaukee Bucks (18-6; 14-9-1 ATS). They won 126–113 on Wednesday against the Sacramento Kings to make it three straight victories.
Giannis Antetokounmpo finished the game with 35 points, six rebounds, and seven assists. The Bucks held the Kings to just 19 points in the fourth quarter to secure the win.
Wesley Matthews will be unable to play against the Mavericks on Friday.
Due to Khris Middleton’s return, Matthews had been left out of the Bucks’ rotation for the previous three games. Matthews was a standout for Marquette before that.
Matthews might find it challenging to get through the protocol in time for the Bucks’ game in Houston on Sunday, which comes after their game on Friday.
According to Eric Nehm of The Athletic, the Bucks transferred Ingles (knee) to the Milwaukee Herd of the G League on Thursday.
Ingles underwent ACL surgery in February, so he has yet to make his season debut. The seasoned forward will be able to practice with the team’s G League affiliate even though his expected return date is January. This is a promising sign that Ingles’ recovery is going well.
This Tuesday, the 4.5-point road underdog Dallas Mavericks (13-11; 8-15-1 ATS) defeated the Denver Nuggets 116-115 to extend their winning streak to three games.
Dallas Mavericks won’t have any injured players in today’s game, so they’ll start their strongest lineup.
