Grizzlies vs. Kings Injury Reports: Ja Morant and De’Aaron Fox READY

Injury Reports Grizzlies - Kings

The Kings are coming off a 126-125 victory over the Utah Jazz. They were excellent on offense, and they will need to be efficient in this one if they are to challenge the Grizzlies on the road.

De’Aaron Fox finished with 24 points (10-24 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 3-4 FT), three rebounds, and ten assists in 39 minutes against Utah on Friday.

Fox struggled to shoot the ball in the first half, going 4-of-11 from the field for nine points and three assists. He was slightly better in the second half, hitting six of 13 shots for another 15 points and dishing out seven assists for a game-high ten assists.

The Kings’ point guard has now had back-to-back games with at least ten assists and has scored 20 or more points in eight consecutive games.

The Kings have no reported injuries, so they will most likely field their strongest team.

The Memphis Grizzlies are coming off a 119-106 victory over the Toronto Raptors. They looked fantastic on both the offensive and defensive ends of the court, and they will need to carry that momentum into this game if they are to win at home.

This game, Santi Aldama PF (Ankle) is listed as questionable. While Danny Green (Knee) and Vince Williams Jr. (Hip) are both injured.

Ja Morant had 32 points (13-22 FG, 0-6 3Pt, 6-7 FT), three rebounds, eight assists, and two steals in 31 minutes against the Pelicans on Saturday.

Morant was dominant in Saturday’s win, scoring 32 points on 13-of-22 shooting. He was forced to the locker room after a hard fall, but he was able to return briefly.

The Grizzlies are flying high right now, thanks in large part to Morant’s spectacular play. They are set to play the Kings on Sunday, and while Morant is known for his quick recovery, managers will want to keep an eye on the injury report in case his hip issue flares up overnight.
