Fantasy Injury Reports Week 12: Wan’Dale Robinson, Kadarius Toney, Corey Davis and Jameson Williams

We enter Week 12 of the NFL season with as many key players injured as ever. With the fantasy football playoffs quickly approaching, it’s critical that we focus on everyone who is injured and who could potentially be next up on teams’ depth charts.

Latest news on Wan’Dale Robinson, Kadarius Toney, Corey Davis and Jameson Williams

Latest news on Wan’Dale Robinson

UPDATE: Robinson (knee) was placed on injured reserve by the Giants on Monday, according to Dan Salomone of the Giants’ official website.

Wan’Dale Robinson, the Giants’ second-round draft pick this year, suffered a devastating ACL tear during the Giants’ Week 11 loss to the Lions.

Robinson had his best game as a pro and was by far the best pass-catching option in Daniel Jones’ stable. We wish Robinson a speedy recovery!

  • Kadarius Toney (Hamstring)

UPDATE 2: Toney (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game against the Rams.

UPDATE: Toney did not practice on Wednesday after suffering a hamstring injury against the Chargers in Week 12.

After the game, head coach Andy Reid stated that his hammy tightened up, which could mean a variety of things, but at the very least he stated that he did not tweak or pull it, which would have been more concerning.

This is obviously something we need to keep an eye on, given how fragile Toney’s hamstrings have been this year and, to be honest, since he was drafted last season.

  • Corey Davis (Knee)

UPDATE 2: Davis (knee) does not have an injury designation for Sunday’s game against the Bears.

UPDATE: After missing the Jets’ Week 11 game against the Patriots, Corey Davis returned to practice on Wednesday.

Corey Davis, like last week, will begin the Week 12 work week “day-to-day,” according to head coach Robert Salah.

Davis hasn’t played since Week 7, and he only played 13 snaps before leaving that game. Wednesday is a key indicator of Davis’s progress.

  • Jameson Williams (Knee)

UPDTAE 2: Williams (knee) will not be activated from the reserve/non-football injury list for the game against the Bills on Thursday, but he could make his season debut as early as Week 13, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.

UPDATE: Told reporters that despite being designated to return from IR, he is still unsure when he will make his NFL debut.

The Detroit Lions selected Jameson Williams with the 12th overall pick in this year’s draft, and we have yet to see him play, but that changed on Monday when he practiced for the first time this year.

Williams is expected to return in December, and who knows how well they’ll be playing by then, but the Lions have won three in a row and have looked impressive. As long as he stays healthy, he’ll play a significant role by the end of the year.
