Injury Reports Lakers - Pacers

The Lakers will look to extend their three-game home win streak when they face Indiana. The Lakers have a 5-5 home record. Los Angeles ranks last in the Western Conference in 3-point shooting percentage (31.9%).

Athony Davis (calf) is listed as questionable for the Pacers game on Monday.

Davis did not play in the Spurs’ victory on Saturday. The way he feels on Monday will determine whether the star big man returns to the court, but if he can’t, Thomas Bryant will get another start at center.

On Monday, LeBron James (leg) is expected to play against the Pacers.

It’s not surprising to see James on almost every Lakers injury report at this point in his career, especially as the season progresses.

However, after scoring 39 points against the Spurs on Saturday, the star forward should be able to handle his normal workload on Monday.

The Pacers are 4-4 on the road this season. Indiana leads the Eastern Conference in assists (28.0). Tyrese Haliburton leads the Pacers in scoring per game with 11.1 points per game.

The Pacers are still assessing Andrew Nembhard‘s status game by game, so the rookie could be ready to play against the Lakers on Monday.

Duarte was getting ready to play again during the Pacers’ seven-game road trip, which starts on Sunday. Duarte has been out since November 4 due to an injury.

While Duarte is unlikely to play on Sunday, if he continues to make steady progress in his recovery from a left ankle sprain, he could join the Pacers at some point during the trip.
