SUMMARY

  • Ryan Tannehill
  • Nico Collins
  • Jamison Crowder
  • Lamar Jackson

Let’s devive to it.

1. Ryan Tannehill

UPDATE (DEC. 31): Tannehill (ankle) has been placed on injured reserve by the Titans, according to Jim Wyatt of the Titans’ official website.

Following initial reports that Ryan Tannehill would miss the rest of the 2022 season, things appear to have changed in the last few days, with NFL.com’s Ian Rapoport reporting that Tannehill could return for Week 18.

He underwent ankle surgery and could play in the final regular-season game. Tannehill’s replacement, Malik Willis, is not a fantasy asset in Week 18.

2. Nico Collins

A few days before the Texans defeated the Titans in Week 16, they placed second-year receiver Nico Collins on injured reserve, effectively ending his 2022 season.

Collins played in 10 games this season and caught 37 passes for 481 yards.

3. Jamison Crowder

There has been no official word on Jamison Crowder’s return this year, but he appears to be on his way back.

He was working out on the sidelines of practice in preparation for the Bills’ Week 16 game, and he looked good.

Crowder is eligible to return from injured reserve at any time because he last played in Week 14.

4. Lamar Jackson

UPDATE (DEC. 31): Jackson has been ruled out of the Steelers’ game on Sunday night.

We don’t know much more about Lamar Jackson’s situation than we did yesterday.

Head coach John Harbaugh was asked about Jackson after their Week 16 game, and he didn’t have much to say.

All we know is that Harbaugh is optimistic and that Jackson could make an appearance in Week 17. Given that the Ravens have already clinched a playoff spot, we’ll have to wait and see.
