UPDATE 3: Klay Thompson is fit to play for the Golden State Warriors against the San Antonio Spurs.

UPDATE: Thompson finished the game against the Cavaliers with nine points (3-13 FG, 2-7 3Pt, 1-2 FT), five rebounds, one assist, and one steal in 29 minutes.

UPDATE: Klay Thompson will be trusted against the Cavaliers on Friday (Nov.11)

Thompson (rest) is not listed as injured for Monday’s game against the Kings (Nov.7)

Thompson sat out the second half of a back-to-back set against the Pelicans on Friday, but he’ll return to the court on Monday.

Thompson may not play both ends of back-to-back sets for the rest of the season, and the Warriors still have two back-to-back sets left in November.

Steph Curry and Klay Thompson remain one of the best 3-point shooting tandems in NBA history, and Curry is off to a fast start this season. He’s averaging 30 points per game and shooting just under 40% from beyond the arc.

Thompson’s deep-ball percentage is 29.5%, but it should improve as the season progresses.

The Warriors haven’t had the best start to the season, but it’s a matter of when, not if, they get back on track.
