It appears that Margot Robbie stole the concept of a beer shower from Tina Fey and implemented it into her daily routine instead of meditating or working out.
After a long day of filming, actress Margot Robbie reveals the “perfect” shower trick that helps her relax and unwind
After a long day of filming, Margot Robbie revealed an unusual ritual that helps her unwind in the shower.
As a result of her roles in Hollywood blockbusters like The Wolf of Wall Street, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, and most recently Babylon, the beautiful actress has become a global phenomenon.
Despite her hectic schedule, the blonde bombshell finds relief in a “beer shower” after a long day of filming.
It’s not a fad among millennials or anything; she just enjoys soaking in a tub full of iced coffee.
After a long day at the office, her reward is a cold, golden beer in the shower.
Margot, 32, recently told Harper’s Bazaar: “I like to have a beer shower – a nice beer in the shower.”
Despite the fact that Robbie stole the idea for the clever shower trick from fellow Hollywood star Tina Fey, she makes no pretenses about coming up with the idea herself.
Supposedly, Margot couldn’t “wait to go home” while filming the 2016 comedy “Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot,” as she told the actress’ costume lady.

Legend has it, when Margot was on the set of 2016 comedy ‘Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot’, she was telling the actress’ costume lady that she couldn’t “wait to go home”.
And, luckily, it’s exactly as it sounds.
“She said she drinks an ice-cold beer in a boiling-hot bath or shower, and it made her sleep,” Margot elaborated.
“I was like, ‘That sounds perfect!’ So now when I get home from work, I have a beer shower or a beer bath if I have time.”
While most of us may not be able to act like Margot, we can all down a lager like it’s water from a tap.
