Jared Leto, 51, takes a shirtless photo in front of the mirror to flaunt his ripped physique

On Wednesday, the 51-year-old actor flexed his muscles for a mirror selfie.

Jared Leto posts a steamy shirtless photo of himself online, showing off his impressive physique

Shirtless: Jared Leto showed off his very muscular frame as he posed up a storm for a mirror selfie on Wednesday

He wore black shorts and a silver chain necklace to show off his chest tattoo in the selfie he took.

The actor of Suicide Squad hid his face under a red baseball cap and wore his brunette hair straight down his neck.

He took the mirror selfie in the plush living room while sporting his trademark neatly kept beard.

He cheekily wrote, “Miss you xx” under the steamy photo.

This follows the announcement that Jared will reprise his role as Tron in the forthcoming film.

Since it was announced in 2017 that he will be playing the role of Ares in a Tron sequel, he has been closely associated with the project.

New project: It comes after it was revealed that Jared will star in the upcoming sequel to 2010's Tron: Legacy titled Tron: Ares

According to Deadline, Disney is in talks with director Joachim Rnning, who has already directed Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales and Maleficent: Mistress of Evil, to oversee the film.

The company is apparently putting together a staff in preparation for filming to begin in August in Vancouver, Canada.

Tron, starring Jeff Bridges, Bruce Boxleitner, and David Warner, kicked off the film franchise in 1982.

Although though it was a critical success and had lasting impact thanks to its groundbreaking special effects, Disney was disappointed by the film’s low box office takings.

To prove that a high-ranking executive at his company has been stealing his work for years, Jeff’s character hacks into a potent new virtual environment.

After having his body scanned and uploaded into the virtual world as a new program, he is then subjected to a series of lethal competitions.

Smash hit: The new film is reportedly a sequel to 2010's Tron: Legacy (pictured), which starred Garrett Hedlund as the son of original star Jeff Bridges

In the 2010 sequel, Tron: Legacy, he costarred with Garrett Hedlund, who played his son and delved into the digital world to find out what happened to him.

Even though Olivia Wilde was a part of Tron: Legacy, it’s still not certain if any of the original cast will return for the sequel.

The sequel was a financial success, bringing in $400 million on a budget of $170 million, but a third picture had been scrapped until the announcement of Jared’s possible involvement in 2017.

Deadline said in August 2020 that Garth Davis, who directed Lion, will return to film the sequel, but it now appears that Davis has moved on.

The fact that Jared will be featured in Disney’s upcoming Haunted Mansion film indicates that he has developed a solid working connection with the studio.
