The New Orleans Pelicans will play the Denver Nuggets on December 4, 2022, at 8:30 p.m. UTC. The game will be held at the Smoothie King Center.
The latest injury status of Brandon Igram
The Pelicans are still attempting to compensate for key player absences due to injuries. Brandon Ingram (left great toe contusion) and Herb Jones (left ankle sprain) are both listed as out on the injury report for Saturday afternoon.
Kira Lewis Jr. (G League assignment), E.J Liddell (right knee ACL injury recovery), and Dereon Seabron are also listed as out for New Orleans.
Brandon Ingram (toe) will miss Sunday’s game against the Nuggets.
Ingram will miss his fourth straight game on Sunday after missing Saturday’s practice. Before facing the Pistons on Wednesday, Ingram will have plenty of time to rest his toe injury. Trey Murphy has started all three games in the absence of the star forward.
According to Andrew Lopez of ESPN.com, Herbert Jones (ankle) will miss Sunday’s game against the Nuggets.
Trey Murphy and Dyson Daniels are expected to start again because Jones and Brandon Ingram (toe) are still out. Jones’ next appearance will be against the Pistons on Wednesday.
Because Brandon Ingram and Herb Jones will be unavailable again, Zion Williamson carrying a large portion of the load is critical. Aaron Gordon is as good a defender as any power forward today, so he’ll need some assistance. Keep an eye on Zion’s frontcourt running companion.
About Nuggets, Jeff Green (knee) is doubtful for Sunday’s game against the Pelicans.
Green is doubtful for Sunday’s game after missing the previous six games with a right knee contusion.
Green could return Sunday, according to Nuggets coach Mike Malone, so if he is unavailable against New Orleans, he should be ready for Tuesday’s game against the Mavericks with an extra day off.
Peyton Watson (hamstring) is out, and his absence has no bearing on fantasy.
