Updates Injury Status for Alex Caruso and Eric Gordon

Injury Reports Bulls - Rockets

With an average of 109.4 points per game, the Rockets rank 28th in the NBA. Houston has a field goal percentage of 44.3%, which ranks 30th, and a 3-point percentage of 33.0%, which ranks 28th.

The Rockets’ injury list for this game includes Jae’Sean Tate and Eric Gordon.

Eric Gordon sat out Friday against Dallas due to a left thumb contusion, but he’ll have a chance to return against the Bulls. If he remains out, Tari Eason and Kenyon Martin could see increased run.

The Bulls continue to play without starting point guard Lonzo Ball and have had other players return to the lineup, but three regulars, Javonte Green, Derrick Jones Jr., and Alex Caruso, are questionable for Monday.

On Sunday, Bulls head coach Billy Donovan stated that Ball (knee) is “progressing toward” running, but there is no timetable for the point guard to do so.

While Donovan’s update is reassuring, it is far from a guarantee that Ball, who had his second surgery on his left knee in eight months in late September, will be able to play this season.

Alex Caruso (concussion) will miss Monday’s game against the Rockets.

Caruso will be out for the second game in a row due to a concussion. Ayo Dosunmu will most likely start for the Bulls again on Monday.
