- Vince Williams Jr.
Williams’ shoulder injury will keep him out of Monday’s match against Dallas. Williams’ right shoulder ailment has caused him to miss four straight games.
- Jake LaRavia
Due to a back issue, LaRavia will sit out Monday’s game against the Mavericks. Because of his limited playing time, the Grizzlies won’t be affected as much by the rookie’s injured back.
- Ja Morant
The Memphis Grizzlies start a three-game road trip at Dallas on Monday night without Ja Morant. They want to win their third game in a row.
Morant will miss his fifth straight game because of something that happened off the court on March 3 at a strip club in Colorado.
His homecoming date is still up in the air, but five days after it looked like the star point guard brandished a gun during an Instagram live video, police said that Morant would not be charged with a crime.
- Steven Adams
Adams (knee) received a stem cell injection to treat a PCL sprain in his right knee, the Grizzlies said; he will be reevaluated in four weeks.
- Brandon Clarke
Clarke’s season ended after the loss to the Nuggets when he tore his left Achilles tendon. Thus, he cannot take part in the game today.
This is a devastating blow to the Grizzlies and Clarke, who only last October inked a four-year, $50 million contract deal.
This year, the center played an average of 19.5 minutes per game and averaged 10.0 points (65.6 percent shooting), 5.5 rebounds, and 1.3 assists.
In his absence, the likes of Santi Aldama, Jake LaRavia, Xavier Tillman, and others could see an increase in playing time in the frontcourt.
FOR DALLAS MAVERICKS

Expected to be out until at least Mar 15

AJ Lawson | Mar 12 | Knee |

Kyrie Irving | Mar 11 | Foot |
Game Time Decision
|
- Luka Doncic
As a result of his thigh injury, Doncic will not play against the Grizzlies on Monday.
Doncic will miss his second straight game after injuring his left thigh on Wednesday against the Pelicans and is listed as day-to-day.
If Kyrie Irving (foot) is still sidelined for Monday’s rematch against Memphis, expect Tim Hardaway and Jaden Hardy to continue seeing extended minutes as they did in his absence on Saturday. Doncic will play against the Spurs again on Wednesday, his next potential return date.
- Kyrie Irving
Irving’s status for Monday’s game against Memphis is in doubt due to a foot injury.
Due to Irving‘s foot injury, Jaden Hardy started on Saturday and went on to have 22 points, 2 rebounds, 3 assists, 3 three-pointers, 1 steal, and 3 turnovers in 37 minutes of action.
Given that Luka Doncic will be out for the Mavericks again if Kyrie Irving can’t go, James Harden would be a good streaming option if Irving is sidelined (thigh).
- AJ Lawson
Since sustaining a right knee injury on February 25, Lawson has been sidelined from playing for the Texas Legends of the G League.
Lawson, one of Dallas’ two two-way players, hasn’t played in an NBA game since February 15. But, he looks to have suffered the knee injury while on assignment in the G League.
To date, Lawson has played in three games for the Legends, averaging 25.3 points, 10.7 rebounds, 3.1 assists, 2.7 three-pointers, 2.0 steals, and 0.7 blocks in 34.9 minutes per game.
