Franklin (illness) is questionable for Monday’s game against the Steelers.

In order to stabilize the offense, Saturday’s first move was to reintroduce established veteran Matt Ryan as his starting quarterback.
The next thing he did was re-sign running back Jonathan Taylor, who led the team in rushing last season. In his first game, his team defeated the Raiders 252-23.
Taylor carried the ball 22 times for 147 yards and a touchdown. Taylor rushed 22 times for 82 yards and another touchdown in the Eagles’ one-point loss last week.
The Colts defense held up against one of the league’s best offenses, but they faded down the stretch after taking a 13-3 lead.
Indy gave up two touchdowns in the fourth quarter, including Hurts’ eight-yard run with less than a minute remaining.

Warren (hamstring) will not play against the Colts on Monday, according to Mike DeFabo of The Athletic.
The Pittsburgh Steelers signed rookie quarterback Kenny Pickett earlier this season, ushering in a new era with a new quarterback for one of the NFL’s oldest and most stable franchises.
For a team that has only had three head coaches in the last sixty years, change is unusual.
Pickett has made progress with each start, despite the difficulties. He threw for 265 yards and a touchdown against the Bengals at home last week, leading the team to a 30-point win.
The Steelers, on the other hand, only scored 10 points after halftime, allowing the Bengals to pull away for a 37-30 win.
The Steelers managed only 52 yards of offense in the first six drives of the second half, giving up a 20-17 lead.
The Steelers have always valued their defense and ability to put pressure on the quarterback.
This season, they’ve had to play far too many games without their primary disruptor and defending NFL sack leader, TJ Watt. He returned to the team on Sunday, and the team is hoping that his presence will help the defense.
Pittsburgh is ranked 26th in scoring defense and 31st in pass defense, both of which could improve significantly with Watt’s return.
This season, the Steelers are ranked 28th in scoring offense. They are ranked 22nd in rushing and 24th in passing. Pickett has started to develop relationships with his receivers, particularly rookie wideout George Pickens.
