According to reports, Rudy Gobert (back) is questionable for this game.
Although Gobert is currently suffering from back spasms, he has appeared in the first two playoff games.
He’s averaged 13.5 points and 10.5 rebounds in 32.5 minutes per game in the first two games of the series, and it wouldn’t be surprising to see him available again on Friday.
The Nuggets effectively defended their home court in the first two games of the series. They are on the road for the first time in this series and will look to keep their momentum going by defeating the Wolves.
Last game, Jamal Murray led Denver with 40 points, three rebounds, and five assists in Game 2, while Nikola Jokic finished with 27 points, nine rebounds, and nine assists.
- Nikola Jokic – Questionable
According to Harrison Wind of TheDNVR.com, Nikola Jokic is expected to participate in Game 3 of the Western Conference Quarterfinals against the Timberwolves on Friday.
Before Game 2, Jokic suffered a minor wrist injury, but he played through it and completed with 37 minutes.
Given his probable tag, Jokic should suit up and handle a full workload again on Friday.
On Wednesday, Nikola Jokic had a terrific game and came close to a triple-double, but Murray carried the team and broke the 40-point mark for the first time since Feb. 4, when he scored 41 points in a road win over the Hawks.
