Injury Updates LA Lakers vs. Philadelphia 76ers game

Injuries Lakers - 76ers

The 76ers’ five-game road trip got underway on Saturday, so they’ll be fighting off exhaustion on the second night of a back-to-back.

Joel Embiid led the 76ers in scoring, field goal percentage, and double-doubles for the fourth game in a row. At least 30 points and 10 boards in 13 games this season for Embiid. If the 76ers have any hope of defeating the Lakers today, it will be under his direction that they take the court.

Injury reports: Tobias Harris (Knee).

The LA Lakers have lost their previous three games at home. I expect a close game between the Lakers and the 76ers because of how well they have played in recent weeks.

Injury reports: LeBron James (Ankle), Patrick Beverley (Illness), Anthony Davis (Foot), Austin Reaves (Hamstring), Lonnie Walker IV (Knee).

LeBron James is probably going to play in this game. Since James’s likely tag has become so common, there isn’t much to worry about if he gets it in the next 24 hours.

King James has been on a tear lately, averaging 35.2 points, 10.4 rebounds, 8.2 assists, and 39.6 minutes per game over his last five contests.

Meanwhile, Davis will be sidelined for at least another two weeks despite the positive update. He is prepared to step up the tempo of his recovery process.

Davis’s right foot fracture kept him out of action for the twelfth game in a row, but he’ll soon begin a rehabilitation program that includes swimming and running on a special treadmill designed to simulate weightlessness.

It’s great that the superstar center has finally decided to stop honing his shooting form and start working on his overall fitness.
