Brooklyn Nets will look to extend its three-game winning streak against Washington Wizards on Monday night.
Latest injury reports of Kevin Durant and Bradley Beal
Brooklyn started the season slowly, losing five of its first six games. The Nets did not return to.500 until Nov. 28, when they defeated Orlando in the second game of their current hot streak.
According to Ian Begley of SportsNet New York, Kevin Durant is questionable for Monday’s game due to right ankle injury management.
While Durant and the rest of the starting lineup are all listed as out for various reasons, the majority of the team is on vacation. As a result, the Nets will have to rely on their bench to win this game.

Washington started the season strong, winning 10 of its first 17 games. Since then, the Wizards have been unable to overcome their poor form, resulting in a miserable stretch since the end of November. They have dropped nine of their last ten games.
In one week, Bradley Beal (hamstring) will be re-evaluated. Beal will miss the next week of action after leaving Sunday’s loss to the Lakers early due to hamstring tightness. This will be the second time this season that the 29-year-old will be forced to miss a significant amount of games, following a five-game absence due to a quadriceps injury earlier in the season.
Monte Morris (groin) will be out against the Nets on Monday.
Morris was listed as questionable for the game because of left groin soreness, but the injury will keep him out. Jordan Goodwin is expected to take his place in the starting lineup and become an immediate strong streaming option.
Will Barton (foot) will be out on Monday.
Initially, it was assumed that the team was only holding Barton out for the first half of a back-to-back set, but his absence on both nights suggests that his foot injury is more serious.
