The Golden State Warriors are in crisis after losing all five away games on their most recent trip. GSW was defeated by the New Orleans Pelicans in their most recent match, 114-105. As a result, coach Steve Kerr’s army fell to 13th place in the West after 10 rounds, with only three wins and seven losses.
Klay Thompson and Stephen Curry are expected to come back strong against the Kings.
Stephen Curry was forced to sit out the second half of a back-to-back set on Friday, his first game of the season. It’s unclear whether the 34-year-elbow old’s injury is serious enough to keep him out of Monday’s game against Sacramento.
DiVicenzo (hamstring) will miss Monday’s game against the Kings, according to Dalton Johnson of NBC Sports Bay Area.
Due to a left hamstring injury, DiVincenzo will miss his eighth straight game on Monday, but that may be the end of his absence.
He participated in a non-contact practice on Sunday and is expected to return to the court a few more times before the Warriors’ second game of the week against the Cavaliers on Friday.
If DiVincenzo passes his upcoming workouts without incident, he could be cleared to play next weekend.
The Kings have not reported any specific injuries as of yet. They will almost certainly field the strongest lineup against the Warriors.
