The Memphis Grizzlies (2-1) come back home after a two-game road trip to Texas on October 24 to face Kevin Durant and the Brooklyn Nets (1-1).
Is Dillon Brooks appearing for Grizzlies – Nets?
Dillon Brooks was expected by the media to suit up for the game against Dallas after being upgraded from “doubtful” to “questionable,” but he did not play against the Mavericks.
He’s questionable again on the injury report, but there’s renewed confidence that he’ll compete for the Grizzlies.
The Grizzlies will face a difficult test tonight against the Brooklyn Nets, who are a very solid team to say the least. The Nets haven’t played since Oct. 21, when they defeated the Raptors 109-105 in a nail-biter.
With the Grizzlies currently dealing with injuries, the Nets will be a difficult opponent. Dillon Brooks’ return will undoubtedly benefit the team’s defense, but there is no guarantee that he will play.
The Grizzlies will be looking for revenge after their humiliating loss in their last game, so regardless of who plays, I believe this one to be close.
